The poster “Stora Jagtfalken, Lärkfalk, Tornfalk och Stenfalk” (“The Great Kestrel, the Lark, the Kestrel, and the Stone Falcon”) was created in the second half of the 19th century (1800 — 1899). It illustrates a Great Hunting Falcon (female) and a Lark Falcon (male), Common Hunting Falcon (female), Kestrel (female and male), and a Stone Falcon (male). The work was drawn and lithographed by the artists Peter Åkerlund and, after his death (in 1871), by Paulina Sjöholm in the book ''Svenska foglarne'', (Year of publication 1846-1871) written by Prof. Carl J. Sundevall together with Prof. J.G.H. Kinberg.

He is known for his detailed and lifelike drawings of birds, particularly raptors, often depicted in their natural habitats. His work features a realistic style and a high level of detail, effectively capturing the character and anatomy of birds in his illustrations.

The poster is a gift from Huvudnässkolan in Vänersborg (the old school) and is in a binder with several other posters.
